My bad, I screwed up my own argument, it was outlawed by then. Regardless, it's not a Roger Clemens type situation, and the fact that he was open about it shows he doesn't think he did anything illegal.

Did you not follow the story? A doctor prescribed them to help with his shoulder recovery, and this was before they were outlawed by MLB.
