You didnt enter Augusta until 3:10. The rest of that I-20 stretch was North Augusta, SC. Augusta is on the border between GA and SC.

This construction is from jan 2008. Thats nothing compared to how much construction is going on now. Augusta is getting big

This is status quo activity for DisAugusta GA, just a backwater stick in the mud town on the Savannah river. The best part of I-20 is it allows you to keep on going, no need to stop.

If I hadn't just driven that stretch last week, I would have asked why you were in the hammer lane. But I know, I was in it myself right there. My dentist would have preferred I was in the right lane though.
