This looks mighty like a beetle RSI to me! I worked for beetles UK before and we had the number 1 out of 250 produced. Its actuall spec is a 3.2 V6 producing a mear 225 BHP, 4-motion running gear. They did also make a concept race spec RSI with 700bhp with twin turbos....Just to clear that up with the gob shit below lol!

man... 1.8T (which i own) NOT twin turbo, and would be STUPID to twin turbo a 1.8T. IF its not a RSI, then its a upgraded VR6 with a twin turbo kit.

your right in part, they took a 1.8 fitted a 3.2 v6 added 2 turbos along withthe 4 motion kit, they have done it to golf r32s as well. search hpa tuning
