look, IMI have invested years of experience in making the Merkava one of the, if not the most heavily armored and safest tank possible. but physics have their own limits. you can make things as tough as possible, with reactive armor as sophisticated as possible, but nothing is gonna change the core fundemental thing- its still a TANK. also, the failure was FAR because it was a tank, IDF simply did not intergrate their armed forces to work together well enough. and Hezbollah are inflated liars.

To Hizbollo any Israeli tank is a Merkava even a Magach or modified T-55.
